MAY
May 19th-21st: Welcome Back Weekend
Join us for our first full weekend open! Enjoy half-price bike & boat rentals and free mini golf. Activities include a Community Campfire on the beach and an exciting game of Bunco to get to know your fellow campers along with the Beaver Dam team you’ll be seeing around BDC!
May 26th-29th: Memorial Day Weekend
Join us as we celebrate the official kickoff to the 2023 camping season! Lots of activities for campers of all ages, including washer toss, corn hole & horseshoe tournaments, bike decorating & bike parade, outdoor movies,Trivia night, ice cream social, glow parade & candy hunt, and Bucky’s Birthday Celebration!
JUNE
June 2nd-4th: Heroes Weekend
Celebrate ALL Heroes! Dress up as your favorite Superhero and enter the costume contest for a special prize! We will honor our Armed Forces, Veterans, Firefighters, Police Officers, Emergency Personnel, Teachers, and Medical Professionals with free boat rentals. Activities include a hero’s glow parade, posters & card making, crafts, field games, Bingo for a Cause and more. A collection drive for care packages to send to our heroes serving abroad will be ongoing all weekend.
June 9th-11th Paint the World Weekend
Everyone is an artist at BDC! Activities include arts & crafts, an outdoor movie, a colorful scavenger hunt, a watercolor paint contest, and a very special Paint Night event! Join us in celebrating your creative spirit during this fun, art-themed weekend… because the Earth without ART is just EH!
June 16th-18th Father’s Day Weekend
This weekend, we are celebrating all things DAD – including his jokes! Activities include wristband specials, an outdoor movie, cornhole tournament, crafts, an ice cream social with free ice cream for Dads who tell us a joke, & more! Whether you are a dad, stepdad, dad-to-be, fur-dad, or granddad, this weekend is all about you!
June 23rd-25th School’s Out Weekend
Wahoo! Summer is here & we hope you are ready to celebrate with us! Enjoy half-price boat rentals, free mini golf, field games, crafts, an outdoor movie, Bingo for a Cause & more! Don’t forget to come to the Camp Store to tell us something you learned this school year for a special treat!
June 30th-July 4th Fourth of July Celebration
There’s a party in the USA this weekend at BDC! Grab your red, white & blue and join us as we celebrate America! Activities include horseshoe, washer toss & corn hole tournaments, Beat the Bucket, an ice cream social, Trivia night, outdoor movies, site decorating contest (prizes awarded!) the country music duo of Mike Preston & Kim Curry & more! Check out the Camp Store for a listing of local fireworks displays.

July 7th-9th Blast from the Past Weekend
Pack your bell bottoms, disco shoes, or leg warmers and join us as we throw it back to our favorite decades! We will travel through time with retro crafts & games, a costume contest, photo booth, treasure hunt, mini golf tournament, outdoor movie, and Name that Tune. It’s sure to bring back memories and create some new ones!
July 14th-16th Candy Land Weekend
Make your way over Gumdrop Mountain and through the Candy Cane Forest for the sweet return of this BDC family favorite! The fun will include Candy bar bingo, crafts, an outdoor movie, our life-sized game of Candy Land, and a performance by a magician / entertainer. The weekend will be a sweet treat!
July 21st-23rd Christmas in July
Baby, it’s WARM outside! Grab your fa-la-la-la-flip flops & join us for a weekend that is sure to bring out your holiday spirit! Activities include an outdoor movie, holiday crafts & scavenger hunt, Bucky’s Reindeer Games, site decorating contest (prizes awarded!), holiday Paint Night & more! May your weekend be sandy and bright!
July 28th-30th The Maine Event
Whether you live here or not- bring out your inner Maine-iac for this fun-filled weekend celebrating Vacationland! You can look forward to Maine-themed crafts, field games, canoe races, a visit from Wildlife Encounters, Bingo for a Cause, and an outdoor movie! Check out the Camp Store this weekend for some Moxie & fresh Maine Blueberries!

August 4th-6th Hawaiian Weekend
Aloha! Hold onto your grass skirts as we celebrate all things Hawaiian. Get your island groove on with hula lessons, limbo, island crafts, Beat the Bucket, an outdoor movie and a visit by Elvis for the whole family to enjoy!
August 11th-13th Halloween in August
Eat, Drink & Be Scary- it’s Halloween in August! Join us for a SPOOK-tacular weekend full of tricks & treats, including ghoulish games, a costume party & trick-or-treating, creepy crafts, an outdoor movie, Paint Night, and a site decorating contest! Happy Haunting!
August 18th-20th Wild West Weekend
Grab your cowboy boots & giddy-up – we’re taking a trip to the wild, wild west! Activities include a bike rodeo & obstacle course, horseshoe tournament, an outdoor movie, a Root Beer float bar, a Western campground pot luck dinner, crafts and more! YEE-HAW, for a wild weekend!
August 25th-27th All Star Weekend
BATTER UP! Bring your team spirit and join us for this fun weekend celebrating all things SPORTS! We have a lineup for athletes of all ages & abilities, including mini golf & corn hole tournaments, an outdoor movie, canoe races, a site decorating contest (prizes awarded!) and Bingo for a Cause! With all the fun we have in store, you can’t lose!

September 1st-4th Labor Day Weekend
Join us for a fun-filled farewell to summer! Back on the BDC stage will be the country music duo of Mike Preston & Kim Curry for some musical entertainment! Other activities include crafts & a coloring contest, an outdoor movie, Wildlife Encounters, a glow parade & candy hunt, Trivia night, corn hole & horseshoe tournaments, field games, ice cream social and more! End the summer making camping memories!

October 6th-9th It’s Getting Chili Weekend
Come enjoy the beautiful fall foliage while you chill out with some chili! Cook and compete or just come to eat! Activities include chili contest, fall crafts & scavenger hunt, musical entertainment, movies, fall field games, horseshoe and corn hole tournaments, and Bingo for a Cause. Join us as we say goodbye to the 2023 season!
